All That's Left is the Light Fixture!
The kitchen is about 95% complete! The main piece left is installing the light fixture. It arrived this week (see last picture), but my contractor hasn't been able to get over here for a few days. He stopped by today and measured a few things, so I'm hoping the light will go up Monday. Let me know what you think! Oh, and the floors in the living and dining room are done, too. I had them refinished. It's like having a whole new floor. Woo hoo!

Bee-u-tiful indeed! It's all over but the celebrating. Kevin wants to know when you're having a party.
I'll have a party on condition of the following:
1. All the dust and muss are gone.
2. I learn how to use the microwave.
3. I can identify a date that works for a good portion of my friends.
4. I have a date to bring to my own party.
This could take a while...
Glad you all like it! One thing: it's hard to keep black granite clean. It shows every water spot and English muffin crumb! But I sitll love it!
